Federal law prohibits the NABH Champions PAC from soliciting donations from other than executive and administrative personnel, individual members of NABH, executives and shareholders of corporate members with prior approval, and the families of these individuals. Any contribution received from any other person will be returned to the donor.

    The NABH Champions Political Action Committee (PAC) is a non-partisan organization formed in 1979 that aims to build congressional champions in support of behavioral healthcare. The PAC encourages voluntary contributions and involvement in the political process by unifying and educating eligible individuals to support candidates for political office who champion behavioral healthcare issues.
